Evaluation of technical parameters in terms of profitability — in collaboration with direct marketers and financial modelers.
Preparation of tender documents
Formulating clear, comparable and implementation-oriented technical specifications for the selection of BESS suppliers.
Review and comment on technical contracts
Review of technical contract components with regard to completeness, clarity and risks — in order to ensure safe implementation.
Interface Management
Structured coordination of technical handovers and responsibilities between project developers, EPCs, suppliers and network operators.
System Optimization
Analysis and improvement of the technical system architecture — with a focus on efficiency, redundancy and feasibility.
Design Review
Evaluation of suppliers' technical documents and plans for consistency, interfaces and feasibility.
Supervision of the award process
Technical assistance in the procurement process: evaluation of tenders, clarification of outstanding issues, assistance in decision-making.
Construction supervision as Owners Engineer
Representing client interests during implementation: quality assurance, reconciliation with planning and critical monitoring on site.
